Employees are great at their job always courteous and looking out for your well-being and the different prices on the room and try to save money so I would say it's great the second shift employee Paul is great always looking out for the guests so if you need a cozy little place it's off to the beat this is the place to be enjoy your stay you will like it and the manager does go out of her way to make you comfortable and at home along with other employees that's under her command. Thank you and enjoy I am a guest that paid by the month and I have been treated very very very well so come join us.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. GREAT value for the price. The location is perfect! One of the few places in the area that allows pets, which was the deciding factor for us. The accommodations and staff were well above our expectations. We will absolutely stay again the next time we come down to the beach.

My husband and I just spent the last 2 nights there.we loved it!!! The location was great,the room was clean ant the bed was comfortable. The price was the best, the only reason foe 4 stars instead of 5 is because it has carpet and I don't like carpet

We originally planned on staying in the hotel across the parking lot but with one look at the rooms we decided to go stay at this one. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean. You get what you pay for so nothing to fancy, beds were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

If you're looking for five star $150 a night, don't stay here. BUT, if you want clean, cute (so cute), safe and quiet, this is the place to be. I paid a cheap rate through a booking site and expected a roach motel, I was so very pleased when I walked in. I knew from how clean and fresh the quaint office was, that I'd be okay. The TV is small as another reviewer stated, but why rent a room in a town to watch TV? Larger than standard hotel fridge, microwave, stainless steel sink and even provides make-up wipes! Being a business person, whoever came up with the idea in order to cut expenses on ruined towels by lady's makeup is a genius. This will be my spot from now on.

Not an upscale motel, but we had king size bed and room was clean. Enjoyed the free coffee each morning. Tv was outdated and small but we weren't there to hang out in room and watch tv. Room was spacious. Coffee maker in room as well as office. About three miles from beach but was a straight shot and Paul at front desk helped us find free parking for beach. Easily accessible to everything. Quiet room. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is under renovation. The outside looks nice. Our room wasn't renovated yet, so I won't complain. Alex, at the front desk, explained the renovation, and was very helpful and friendly. Good location with plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

We just got home from Gulf Shores where we stayed at Country Hearth. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was at a large size. Tv was pretty small but at least we had one. Room service gave us towels at any time that we asked for them. My only complaint is that I forgot and took my shoes off and the carpet is real sticky feeling. Other wise .. our stay was great. We didn't hear lots of noise or anything. It was a nice stay. If I ever plan to stay in Gulf Shores again, I will be checking out this hotel. I will be checking for this hotel no matter where I go. Thanks for a great room!!
